Fruit Chaat Recipe

Fruits are best for health concious persons Fruit Chaat Recipe because they are easy to digest and contains nutritional values. For those who are calorie conscious Falon ki Chaat or Fruit Chaat is an ideal option. Also Fruits are considered the best option to break your fast with. So Fruit Chaat, is also a Vrat / Upavas / Fast recipe. It is basically a mixture of different fruits with species and sugar. Fruit chaat, as the name suggests, is a blend of assorted fruits (preferably sweet acidic fruits) tossed with potatoes and a delectable blend of chutneys. Any combination of fruits can be used according to the seasonal availability and personal preferences. This chaat is packed with nutrients and is also low in calories. Also there is myth that chaat belongs to "Junk" Food category! but thats not true.


  • 2 banana (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 Apple (Cut into small Pieces)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup water melon
  • 1 cup white chana (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 cup mangoes (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 TeaSpoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 TeaSpoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 TeaSpoon red chili powder
  • 2 TeaSpoon chat masala powder
  • 1/3 TeaSpoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup

Preperation Method

In a large bowl add bananas, apple, water melon, mangoes, pineapple pieces, and black pepper powder. Mix them well.

In another large bowl add white boiled chana, boiled potatoes, pomegranate, grapes, sugar syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, chat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well all ingredients and pour into banana, mangoes, water melon and apple bowl.

Mix well and chill in refrigerator for 10 t0 12 minutes.

Easy fruit chat is ready to serve.
