Lauki Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 No. Lauki
  • ½ kg Milk.
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Kg Khoya
  • 4 TableSpoon Ghee
  • Silver foil for decoration dry fruits

Preparation Method

  1. Peel Lauki and grate it.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated lauki to it. Cook for 2-3 min and add milk to it. Let it cook till the lauki becomes tender.
  3. Keep stirring. Add khoya and continue cooking for a while.
  4. When the mixture is lumpy, add sugar and cook till it dissolves completely.
  5. Before serving, garnish with dry fruits and silver foil.
