Indian Pasta With Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup dry pasta
  • 1 Green capsicum cut lengthwise
  • 1 Onion cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 Pound minced chicken
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon garam masala
  • 1 Tea Spoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Tin tomatoe sauce (15 Ounce / 425 Grams)
  • 2 Tea Spoon oil

Preparation Method

Preperation Time : 3 mins | Cooking Time : 15 mins

  1. Boil 3 cups of water for 5 mins and add pasta to it and boil for 10 mins.
  2. While the pasta is boiling, saute the rest of the ingredients in another pan for 5 mins.
  3. Drain the water from the pasta and add to the above mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Make it Healthier

You can make it healthier by adding some vegetables to it (such as peas and carrots). If your kids do not want the spices (masalas) you can just add garlic to the pasta and the sauce and add some cheese to the mixture! you can also try to use whole grain pasta instead of white pasta to make it more healthier!
