Paneer Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Milk
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Maida
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Sooji
  • 2 Tea Spoon Butter
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Cardamom powder
  • A Pinch Cooking soda

Preparation Method

  1. In a pan, split the milk with vinegar to prepare the paneer until turns to stiff.
  2. Drain the water from the paneer.
  3. In a bowl, add the paneer, maida, sooji, soda with 1 cup sugar and mix well.
  4. In a non-stick pan melt the butter, add the paneer mixture, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until turn to light brown.
  5. In a pan, add 2 cup of water with remaining sugar and cardamom powder and heat until the syrup turns to lightly sticky.
  6. Pour the sugar syrup over the cake and cook for a minute.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to cool the cake.
  8. Slice the cake and serve.
