Rajasthani Bajre Ka Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Bajra flour
  • 1 Table Spoon Ghee
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Sprouts
  • 2 Cup Water

Preparation Method

Preperation Time : 5 mins | Cooking Time : 15 mins | Serving Persons : 2

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, then add jeera seeds and bajra flour to it. Cook until the flour turns light pink. Add salt and pepper to it.
  2. Pour in the water and stir until it comes to a boil. Add sprouts and serve hot.
