Rajasthani Dal shorba Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Yellow Moong dal (boiled in pressure cooker)
  • 1 Table Spoon butter
  • 1 Small Onion (chopped) - Optional
  • 1 Tea Spoon Bhuna Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/4 Cup Sprouts

Preparation Method

Preperation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 10 mins | Serving Persons : 4

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add boiled dal to it.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring it to boil and serve hot.
