Rang Biranga Raita Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dahi
  • Salt to Taste
  • Dahi Bhalla Masala (any available in market)
  • Blue, Green, Orange etc. edible colours

Preparation Method

Preperation Time : 5 mins | Cooking Time : 5 Mins | Serve : 2 Persons

Mix all the ingredients. The dahi should not be too thick. If you can't find MDH masala, use a pinch of crushed bhuna jeera, a pinch of dhania powder and some haldi. Dilute with water as needed. Decorate with edible colours in any shapes & designs.
