Strawberry Soya Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 225ml soya milk
  • 75g porridge oats
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar

Preparation Method

Preperation Time : 1 mins | Cooking Time : 2 Mins | Serve : 2 Persons

  1. In a blender, combine soya milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
  2. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and Serve.
