Aloo Gobhi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower (Gobhi)
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Tea Spoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ Tea Spoon Red chilli
  • 1/2 TeaSpoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tea Spoon Ground coriander
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 2 Table Spoon Oil

Preparation Method

  1. Wash cauliflower and potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and add potatoes and cauliflower and leave it on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili and salt.
  4. Cook it for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve it with chapaties.
