Corn Bhel Recipe

Ingredients

  • Boiled corn pods - 1 cup
  • Ginger, grated - 2 TeaSpoon
  • Green chili, chopped - 1 TeaSpoon
  • Capsicum, red an green chopped - 2 TeaSpoon
  • Tomatoes, chopped – 1
  • Onions, chopped - 2
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - to garnish
  • Cheese cube, grated - 1
  • Oil/Butter - 1 TeaSpoon

Preparation Method

  1. Heat oil or melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add onions and fry them till light brown in colour.
  4. Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes and corn and then cook for a minute.
  6. Add the seasonings. Mix well.
  7. Serve or pack, garnished with coriander leaves and cheese.
