Mixed Vegetable And Paneer Paratha Recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour – 1 ½ cup
  • Potato, boiled, peeled and grated – 1, big
  • Carrot, peeled and grated – 1, medium
  • Paneer, grated – 50 g
  • Onion, sliced – 1, big
  • Garlic paste – 1 TeaSpoon
  • Ginger chili paste – 1 TeaSpoon
  • Crushed peas – 1 TableSpoon
  • Raw papaya, grated – 1 TableSpoon
  • Raw cabbage, finely shredded – 1 TableSpoon
  • Oil – 1 TableSpoon + for shallow frying
  • Salt – to taste
  • Garam Masala – 2 TeaSpoon
  • Water – enough to bind the dough

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and bind a dough.
  2. Divide into 8 equal parts. Roll each one of them into 1" thick rounds dusting with little flour if required.
  3. Shallow fry them with little oil until both the sides are well cooked and are lightly browned.
  4. Wrap them in the foil and pack them with any pickle.
