Pasta With Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Green peas - 15 pods
  • Capsicum - 1 TableSpoon
  • Carrot (boiled)- 1 small
  • Fresh Beans (boiled) - 50 gms
  • Cheese - 1 cube
  • Onion, shredded - 1
  • Ginger, grated - 1 TableSpoon
  • Garlic, chopped - 1 TableSpoon
  • Tomato puree - 1 TableSpoon
  • Oregano - 1 TeaSpoon
  • Oil - 1 TableSpoon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables in juliennes and boil them.
  2. Boil pasta with little oil and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onions till brown. Add capsicum and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add all the other vegetables, tomato puree and pasta. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Add oregano and grated cheese.
  6. Pack and Go.
