Satoo Ke Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sattu, Roasted Bengal Gram Flour - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 4 TableSpoon
  • Sugar powder - 3 TableSpoon
  • Misri / Rock Sugar- 20 gms
  • Green cardamom powder - 2 TeaSpoon
  • Nutmeg powder - 2 TeaSpoon
  • Silver leaves/sheet for garnishing (optional)

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients evenly.
  2. Divide into equal parts and shape them into balls or cake shape.
  3. Garnish with silver leaves / sheet and serve.
  4. Shelf life - 15-20 days at room temperature.
