Peanut Curd Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 TableSpoon Peanuts (crushed)
  • 1 cup Fresh Curd
  • 1 Stalk Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 TeaSpoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 TableSpoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 TeaSpoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Beat the yogurt to make it smooth.
  2. Add chillis, peanut, coriander, sugar and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute curry leaves.
  4. Add them to curds when they begin to splutter. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture as per requirement.
  6. Serve the chutney with sabodana wadas.
